WEB SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

"Mail traffic per hour" :  Individual mail users cannot exceed a limit of 100 mails per hour within the domain or outside the domain and all together all Email users should not exceed a limit of 300 mails per hour within the domain or to other domains as that can lead to blacklisting the Production Mail Server.

"Group Id spam and mass emailing" : Group id creation and forwarding to all other email id users can be hazardous as group ids are prone to spam subscribing which in turn forwards to all other email id users in the domain and organization itself. Email id spam subscription is strictly prohibited as one spam generating group id can lead to organizational email hampering process.

"Password Policy" : Every user is advised to keep a complex password and keep it secret.Password sharing can lead to password leak and misuse of email ids.IT Team should monitor and take care of this.

"Subscription of organizational emails" : Subscribing official email ids to any internet website is strictly prohibited as in most of the cases it leads to spam generation and corruption and infection of mailboxes and organizational email servers and systems too.For this kind of email behavior wholelly and solely the organization and the users are only responsible and the Senseware team. 

"Spamming Activity" : Such an activity is strictly in violation, and  the email functionality of that domain will automatically be blocked. You acknowledge that the technological limitations of the filtering service will likely result in the capture of some legitimate email, and the failure to capture some unwanted email, including email infected with viruses. Email that is quarantined by the filtering system is excluded from the Service Level Guarantee.

"Liability" : You hereby acknowledge that liability in case of any issue is up to the cost of the service paid (or) Hosting Cost.

"Mail Configuration" : Configuring Outlook and other mail receiving software’s as well as devices (mobiles,ipdad,macbook) is not a part of contract. If you elect to use any of the above  component, your use of any such component shall be governed by the additional terms.

"Email Issues" : You hereby adhere and accept that In case, of email issues with Outlook, Mobile/iPad it is not an encountered issue with Senseware email services. Our service is limited to webmail and in case webmail is not working properly, Senseware is solely responsible for it and will be resolving the same within the given SLA.

"Unsolicited Mail" :On Sending emails to invalid recipients or non-existent email addresses’s you are liable to recieve  receipt of too many bounce back messages. After enumerous violations all such mailboxes will be blocked automatically for no set time line. Frequent violation of which would lead to permanent blacklisting of email server and suspension of your domain.


 TERM

The initial term of each Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for the period stated in the Service Description. Upon expiration of the initial term, the Agreement will be renewed for successive renewal terms of one month each unless and until one of us provides the other with thirty (30) days advance written notice of non-renewal.
